Shri Mahila Griha Udyog, the makers of the famous Shri Mahila Griha Udyog Lijjat Papad Papad, is an organisation, which symbolises the strength of a woman. Only women can become the members of the organisation. All members are also the owners of the organisation and are fondly referred to as ‘sisters’. There is a central managing committee of 21 members to manage the affairs of the organisation. To aid the management, there are also Sanchalikas to look after the day-to-day affairs of the individual centers and also of that of the Udyog as a whole. Food consumption pattern in India is rapidly changing from unprocessed, unbranded low quality food products to the processed, packaged products. About 200 working and 200 non-working women were selected by convenience sampling method from Nagpur City, Maharashtra, India. The data on purchasing pattern of papad was collected using interview cum questionnaire method. The results of the study showed that the average age of working women was 39.39 + 6.15 years and non-working women was 38.36 + 5.7 years. The average monthly income of working and non-working women was Rs.38,125 + 19,550 and Rs. 40,625 + 20,825 respectively. Moong papad was found to be the most consumed papad (59.5% in working and 62.5.5% non-working) in both working and non-working women.Moong papad from Lijjat was the most consumed papad followed by Suruchi and Haldiram in non-working women as compared to working women. A significant association was observed between the Age(p=0.028) and educational status (p=0.000) and purchasing of moong papad.The purchasing of udad papad was significantly associated (p=0.000) with educational status of non-working women.

The Indian markets which are full of opportunities and uncertainties, it's an entrepreneur who assumes risk and becomes a catalyst for change and innovation. The very existence of entrepreneurs depends upon the economic, social, cultural and psychological factors prevailing in the society. In India, entrepreneurship is not a new concept but the structural changes in the above stated factors in Indian economy have given a rise to a phenomenon known as ―women entrepreneurship‖. Undoubtedly, all the entrepreneurs have to face a lot of risks and challenges but the intensity of these challenges increases in case of women entrepreneurs and that too when they belong to rural area. So, this paper tries to do the SWOT analyses of the women entrepreneurship in rural India. Apart from this, the paper will also try to analyze the differences between the situations faced by urban and rural women entrepreneurs. Lastly, the paper will be concluded by giving suggestions as to how to increase and uplift the women entrepreneurs.

In the present statistics of population women constitute more than 50 percent of the total population. The role of women is most intimately related to the goal of inclusive socio-economic development. Any development strategy which neglects the essential for enhancing the role of women cannot lead to national prosperity. Women are vital human infrastructure and their empowerment would accelerate the pace of development. Investing in women‟s capabilities and empowering them in all respects is the surest way of contributing to sustainable economic development and growth. The development of entrepreneurship among women has become an important aspect of the overall economic development. As far as the employment of women is concerned the women self-help groups in India have been recognized as an effective strategy for the empowerment of women in rural as well as urban areas, bringing women together from all spheres of life to fight for their rights. The present paper focus on the micro level enterprise of Chandrika Chouhan‟s Udyog Vardhini, started journey of entrepreneurship and presently capturing whole market as well as exporting the goods in international market successfully.

The paper tries to focus how on Organization Development leads towards prosperity which can be seen in recent past with technology playing an important role and know a challenge is how the organizations differentiate themselves through others with culture, ethics and diversity. The methodology used in this paper is descriptive and uses both primary and secondary data. Even the social and practical implication has seen changes in the society. Examples can be TCS, Wipro etc. and how these organizations helped the society. Organizational development, technology and strategies are the three pillars of the economy on which development takes place and has a direct impact on the society. In this paper the author tries to correlate how an Organization Development helps towards the Transformational change in human, technology and policies play an important role. The objective of the paper is 1. The paper tries to focus how on Organization Development leads towards prosperity which can be seen in recent past with technology playing an important role and know a challenge is how the organizations differentiate themselves through others with culture, ethics and diversity. 2. Even though the electronic gadget is playing an important role in every fields of life it became more effective communication to accomplish business operations. The managers have to adopt different approaches for smooth organizational functioning. Methodology being followed for this particular paper is secondary source. Even certain articles from newspaper have been taken.
