No, but I did recently participate in this study which used a Ganzflicker, and as noted in the study, most aphants did not see any complex hallucinations during this experiment, myself included.

I've personally never had incredible success with Ganzfeld. I've gotten slight auditory hallucinations and the one time I've experienced major hallucinations, I believe I might have simply fallen asleep and began to dream.
